Lori Golden is a very imaginative artist. She has created some very fun pieces but one series is more of a personal one for her.  It all started at a baseball game when she was just 3 years old. She explains her hard work recovering from a backstop landing on her and causing major trauma to her head.  The rest of her pieces show her going through all her rehabilitation.  In one piece she is seen learning to balance herself using an overhead ladder hung from two posts that her grandfather made.  In another, you will see herself on a table where she was placed for her aids helping her stretch her legs and arms to help with mobility.   From creeping along the floor for mobility to learning to walk using steps located at a community center, Lori never gave up.  She overcame obstacles that some thought she might never be able to do. This shows us just how strong Lori is and how amazing she is at teaching us that we can do anything.
